Shipping Information

Shipping
We use UPS and the USPS for shipping our packages. Rates will be calculated during checkout and are applied according to your mailing requirements. Please note: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you would like something shipped to one, we can use the USPS, but it may take a bit longer to get there. We're happy to work with you on that!

International delivery - We now ship to Canada! Other international orders will be decided on a case-by-case basis. To see if we can ship to your destination country, you must send an email to us at customerservice@bearsgaloreandmore.com. We will do our best to respond promptly.

Local delivery is available to the following zip codes: 22191, 22192, and 22193 - $7.50

Some shipping FAQs:
Can you ship my order today?
All orders received by 2:00 pm Eastern, Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day (excluding holidays). If there are any complications with the order, this may delay the delivery (i.e., if a delivery address is incorrect). Please note that all delivery estimates are based on business days only.

How do you decide the shipping cost?
All shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the package and the amount of time it takes to get to its final destination. For example, ground shipping costs less, but is slower than, say, two day air. See our shipping map, Checkout tables, or ask us!

How soon can I get my order?
It all depends on the shipping method that you choose. Ground shipping to the continental United States can take from one to six business days. Two day air arrives after two full business days. NOTE: the time of the order can also affect the arrival day and time. For example, an order placed before 2:00 pm on a Friday will arrive on Tuesday for two day air shipping. The UPS methods of delivery used at BGM do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or federal government holiday delivery. If you aren't sure and want some advice, just ask! We'll help you figure it all out.

How can I track my order?
Each customer will typically receive a UPS tracking code at Checkout or via email within one business day from the time the order begins transit. This code can be used at the UPS website to track the order's progress and to see the projected delivery date. You may also call UPS at: 1-800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877).

On occasion we may use the US Postal Service (USPS). You may track any packages sent through the USPS website or call them at: 1-800-ASK-USPS or (800) 275-8777.

Why is my package late?!
Despite our best efforts, sometimes thing happen that are out of our control (bad weather, grounded airplanes, human errors, etc.). If any package arrives later than we promised, please contact us immediately with the details. We will be very happy to work with you to resolve things and figure out what happened to your great Bears Galore and More gift package. We only want happy customers!

Packaging
Once you've placed your order, it's up to us to see that it gets there on time and in quality condition. We work very hard to make certain your package makes it to its destination safely and that your cute critter makes it there in good shape!

Shipping Damage
If a product is delivered and is damaged in shipping, please retain all packaging and contact us. We will initiate a complaint with the appropriate shipper, which will require inspection of all items shipped and their packaging. We will issue a refund for damage incurred during shipping, once the shipping company has confirmed the damage, liability, and has issued a refund to us.
