Can you ship my order today?
All orders received by 2:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. NOTE: If there are any complications with the order, this may delay the delivery (i.e., if a delivery address is incorrect).

How do you decide the shipping cost?
All shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the package and the amount of time it takes to get to its final destination. For example, ground shipping costs less, but is slower than, say, two day air.

How soon can I get my order?
It all depends on the shipping method that you choose. Ground shipping usually takes 3-5 days. Two day air arrives after two full business days. NOTE: the time of the order can also affect the arrival day and time. For example, an order placed before 2:00 pm on a Friday will arrive on Tuesday for two day air shipping. We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or federal government holiday delivery.

How can I track my order?
When you place your order with us, we will provide a UPS tracking number for you to refer to whenever you wish to track your order once it's left our store.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, of course! We don't want to sell you anything you don't really want and will do our best to accommodate your needs. So long as we haven't shipped your order, you can cancel or change it by contacting us immediately. We can't cancel the order unless we hear from you before the item is shipped.

Can I return my order?
Yes you can! Just call or email us and let us know why you need to make a return. If it's our fault, we'll replace the item, refund your money, or credit you for your purchase. If it's not our fault, we'll work just as hard and just as quick to make sure that you're happy. Please see our full Return Policy for more information.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes we do.

Do you sell gift certificates?
No, we do not offer gift certificates at this time. However, if you're interested in one, please let us know because we may offer them in the near future.
