Bears Galore and More has its roots in the original local bear gift business, Bear Mail, which began in the 1980s in northern Virginia. Why send flowers that die within days or candy that isn't healthy to someone you love? Why not deliver something that is huggable, can last for many years, and brings a smile to everyone's face? So, we began delivering plush animals in gift bags to people for all occasions such as birthdays, weddings, get well, and more.

Since then we've grown beyond our humble beginnings. It's now our pleasure to sell these fine teddy bears and other plush animals online. Bears Galore and More's online store opened in 2004 and continues to provide high quality service and products to our customers. We search high and low for ways to provide wonderful plush teddy bears and other animals while keeping the price reasonable. We add some nice extras like a balloon that best matches the occasion, throw in some fun animal crackers, decorative paper, personalized note all in a wonderful gift bag and deliver one great package to a loved one.

Bears Galore and More also believes in listening to our customers. We ask for feedback on every transaction. That way we can learn how we're doing and what people want. We also love our repeat customers and reward them for their loyalty with our Club benefits, which includes exclusive and private sales on certain plush teddy bears and other animals from time to time. Not only do we have dozens of adorable bears, but we have over 150 animals from which to choose, everything from apes to zebras! Our name says it all: Bears Galore and More.

With our growth has come decisions on where to ship items while keeping the cost as low as possible. This allows for us to pass on the savings to you. With the price of gasoline today, this is no easy task. However, due to some good planning and efficient management, we have managed to cut the cost of shipping and have now expanded our delivery area to reach outside the United States into Canada.

Most importantly, you may have noticed the ASPCA logo at the bottom of all our pages. Not only do we love to bring joy to the world one hug at a time with our plush animal gift bags, we love animals. Bears Galore and More does what it can to give back to the community by donating a portion of its revenues to the ASPCA and hope you will consider helping as well.
